Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting for the - Original V.I. Pizza. The brothers from Bayside, Franco & Joe Oddo, have moved their business to Floral Park, at: 55 Covert Avenue, Floral Park. The brothers are flanked by Floral Park Village Trustee Don Longobardi, Chamber president - Sal Bonagura,  Mayor Kevin Green and Trustee's - Mary-Grace Tomecki, Jim Rhatigan and Tom Tweedy. Mayor Kevin Green had the pleasure of officially opening the doors at the ribbon cutting ceremony of LaBottega Italian gourmet Restaurant at 49 Covert Ave. Helping in the ribbon cutting are: Sal Bonagura, LaBottega owners - Ingrid & Paul Capoziello. Looking on are: Don Longobardi, Monsignor Nosser, Kathy Grassman, and Trustees Jim Rhatigan, Mary-Grace Tomecki,  and Tom Tweedy. Former Mayor Phil Guarnieri officially welcomes Swing the Teapot to 6 Verbena Avenue.  Citation of Welcome is presented to Swing the Teapot Owner/Proprietor  Shane Moynagh and Manager Brendan Shalloo.  Also on hand to welcome are Trustees Mary-Grace Tomecki and Jim Rhatigan, FP Chamber President Robert Rouge, Deputy Mayor Kevin Greene and Trustee Tom Tweedy. Former Mayor Phil Guarnieri presents a citation of welcome to Jackie Rose, the owner of Massage & Yoga OM, 143 Tulip Avenue.  Jackie is a NYS licensed massage therapist and a nationally certified yoga instructor.  She had a practice in Garden City for over 14 years and is delighted to be in Floral Park.  She is overwhelmed by the friendly, neighborly welcome she has received from the residents and business community.  Also pictured with Jackie and Phil are her family, fellow instructors, friends and Trustees Tom Tweedy, Jim Rhatigan, Kevin Greene, Mary-Grace Tomecki as well as Floral Park Chamber of Commerce President Robert Rouge
